Posie Patch Mini Retreat - Sleeps 7
The Mini Retreat has the same great amenities as our Main Retreat House, just on a smaller scale. Newly redecorated with modern colors and design. There are two bedrooms with all twin beds, (5 in one room, 2 in the other) a full bathroom, kitchenette, eating area, seating and work space all in one. Fresh linens are provided for you. Two pillows, blanket, sheets and towels are included for your convenience. Easy entry, all on one level. Load and unload is easy with room to pull up right to the door. The perfect space for a cozy intimate gathering with friends and yet plenty of room to spread out and create!
The Mini Retreat House Reservations and Information
The Mini Retreat House can accommodate a maximum of seven over night guests. You can look at our calendar for available dates and then confirm by texting Connie at 920.857.4025 You can then make arrangements to send in your deposit. Please call us if you have any questions or wish to discuss the facility or availability of your dates of interest. Once your deposit is made, we will send you a contract. Check in time is 3 p.m. (Early/10 a.m. check in may be available, just ask.) Check out time is 3 p.m. Please let us know when your group will be arriving.
Weekend retreats rent for $805, Friday thru Sunday, taxes included.
We will collect full retreat costs through a group coordinator.
You may add an additional day, with a minimum of four guests, $45 per person, taxes included.
Deposits and Payments
A deposit of $150 will reserve your dates. Deposits can be made in person, or if you wish you may mail in a check. Deposits or payments can be mailed to: 2840 School Lane, Suamico, WI 54313.
The remaining balance will be due 60 days before your retreat date.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are refundable only if the cancellation is received 180 days prior to your reservation. Failure to pay the full balance due sixty days prior to your reservation will be considered a cancellation. Your reservation and deposit will be forfeited.
We are located in Northeast Wisconsin where weather can be unpredictable. We are not responsible for weather related travel issues or uncontrollable issues.
Meals
You will have access to the fully equipped kitchen and will find everything you need to prepare basic meals. You may bring your own meals or speak to us about the local food establishments, catering options, and nearby grocery stores.
There are also several local dining establishments and grocery stores nearby.
The kitchenette has all the full sized appliances of our regular kitchen including a toaster, coffee maker and Keurig.
